Six signature classes, each capped at eight students.
Cake Decorating
Master layered cakes, smooth crumb coats, and piped rosettes in this three-hour primer.
$85 per person
Artisan Bread
Shape, proof, and bake rustic sourdough loaves and dinner rolls from scratch.

French Pastries
Fold laminated dough into croissants, pain au chocolat, and palmiers.

Kids Baking
A Saturday morning class for ages 8 to 14: cookies, cupcakes, and sprinkle skills.

French Macarons
Nail the pieds, fillings, and flavor pairings behind bakery-worthy macarons.

Temper, mold, and dip ganache truffles with seasonal coatings.
